Professional Expertise with Parental Insight
AIP was founded to create authentic, 1-to-1 reciprocal exchanges between families in Dublin and Valencia. We believe international education should be about connection and cultural immersion.

Noelia Lozano
Hi! I’m Noelia Lozano, with a degree in Primary Education and a BA in English Philology. After 25 years as a secondary and high school teacher at the same school, I still enjoy teaching as much as ever, seeing firsthand that the most valuable learning happens when students dare to discover new horizons. My daily life with them allows me to empathize with their concerns and offer the support they need before taking on their first international challenge.
Beyond the classroom, I love traveling in my free time and seeking out new adventures; I always return with a suitcase full of lessons and experiences that fill me with energy. From this passion, I have created this exchange coordination project, which I am launching with great enthusiasm. My goal is not just to manage a trip, but to help young people experience the world directly. I strive to ensure that English or Spanish stop being just exam subjects and become a natural tool for connecting with others.
I have extensive experience in organizing these immersion programs and I take care of every detail so that families can feel at ease throughout the entire process. It is incredibly rewarding to see how students gain independence and return with a more open mindset and greater self-confidence.
I would love for my educational background to help your children enjoy this opportunity with total peace of mind. I am convinced that we can make this journey simple, personal, and a positive one for everyone. Shall we talk and start shaping this project together?

Estela Rosique
Estela is a proud Valencian who has made Dublin her home for over 10 years. As a mother of two teenage boys, she deeply understands the dynamics of raising young adults and the importance of keeping them engaged.
Her dual perspective—deeply rooted in Spanish culture while thriving in Ireland—gives her an innate understanding of what makes an exchange program truly excellence: a balance of warmth, safety, and active immersion.
